Ordering

All new accounts are C.O.D. Net 15 days open account terms may be established after a credit application is received and approved. Delinquent accounts are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5% (18% annually). Returned checks are subject to a fee.

Minimum order total for delivery is $150. Locations outside of regular delivery routes are subject to a higher minimum order. Customer order pick-up is available with 24-hours advance notice during normal business hours.

All customers will have an assigned order deadline and delivery day depending on location. Order and delivery days may change due to seasonal demand. Please check with Customer Service or your Territory Manager for your order and delivery days. Please note that some products require additional lead-time when placing your order. Refer to the Pre-Order column for the number of advance weeks needed.

Catalog prices are subject to change without notice. All sale items are subject to supplier’s availability.

We guarantee that all products arrive in a fresh and usable/salable condition. We will promptly rectify any errors such as mispicks, shortages, overages, damaged and out-of-code date products. Please check in your order immediately upon delivery. Requests for credit must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

QFD offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Order deadlines and delivery schedules may be altered around holidays. Changes to your order/delivery schedule will be communicated to you in advance.
